Construction technology of double sided butyl adhesive tape

1. According to the gap, joint width of the joint position or metal plate, select different specifications based on engineering design requirements.

2. Use a small roller to clean the metal plate joint position.

3. Starting from one side of the metal plate, take the double-sided adhesive tape slowly open along the seam into a straight line. Adhesion it onto the lap joint of the metal plate, and then gently press the tape, so that it can firmly bonded to the metal plate.

   
   Stick double sided butyl tape on the metal plate.

   
   Gently press the double sided butyl sealing.

4. Tear up the isolation paper of double sided butyl sealing tape, press the upper layer of the metal plate into the joint, make seams firm, bond and close tight.

   
   Tear up the isolation paper.

   
   One side is bonded on the metal plate.
   
   Stick the upper layer of metal plate into the lower layer.

5. Tighten the screws and ensure both sides of the self adhesive tape bond tightly.
